In the event that you contact me within the 24 hour window or fail to contact me, you will be charged 50% of your service(s) before booking again. I understand that scheduling issues and unexpected emergencies can pop up, however, I ask that you respect my time as I respect yours! As always, each situation will be at my discretion.
